Tuition
Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments and is considered due on the first of each month, beginning with August 1st and ending on May 1st. Tuition is based on 164 days of school. Monthly invoices are emailed two weeks prior to the first of the month. All accounts are subject to a $35 late fee to cover the costs associated with administrative follow-up services. With prior communication, Elements will offer a grace period of 7 business days.

*A $300 Kindergarten activity fee may be added to the 2024-2025 school year depending on the final schedule of Kindergarten projects and field trips.
Financial Aid & Tuition Assistance
We strongly believe that a Montessori early childhood education should be accessible to ALL. As a recently established non-profit status, we look forward to our First Fundraiser. Our primary goal is to offer scholarships and financial aid to support families who would otherwise be unable to provide a Montessori education for their children. In the meantime, we are happy to offer the following tuition assistance:
Sibling Discount: 2nd sibling’s tuition is reduced by 10%, 3rd sibling’s tuition is reduced by 15%
First Responders and Military Families: 5% tuition reduction
Before Care: 7:30am-8:40am
During Before Care, a wholesome breakfast is served between 7:30am and 8:15am.
Arrival at 7:30: $25 per day*/$20 per day**
Arrival at 7:45: $23 per day*/$18 per day**
Arrival at 8:00: $21 per day*/$16 per day**
Minimum Rate: $20 per day*/$15 per day**
*Standard/Drop-In Rate: Before Care is available for families on a drop-in basis should you unexpectedly need care.
**Contracted Rate: Contracted Before Care qualifies for reductions in daily rates and is included in your enrollment contract. Contracted care is not considered refundable due to absence.
After Care: 3:00pm-5:30pm
During After Care, nutritious snacks are offered.
After Care Rate: $18 per hour*/$15 per hour**
Minimum Rate: $15 per day*/$13 per day**
*Standard/Drop-In Rate: After Care is available for families on a drop-in basis.
**Contracted Rate: Contracted After Care qualifies for reductions in hourly rates and is included in your enrollment contract. Contracted care is not considered refundable due to absence.
A Few More Items…
Snack Cafe: Families are asked to provide the classroom with healthy snacks for two weeks over the course of the school year.
Pizza: Wednesday is pizza day! Parents will be invoiced separately on a monthly basis.
Late Enrollment: After August 1st, a late enrollment fee of $400 is applied to cover administrative costs.
Request for Changes to Signed Contracts reflecting finalized arrangements are subject to administrative fees not to exceed $100.
