Additionally, the below form contains many required fields. If a question does not apply to your child or family, you may enter N/A or enter all zeros in the case of a phone number. Thank you!
We will respond to your submitted form right away, most certainly within 24 hours. Inquiries received on weekends, holidays, or during school vacations will be attended to on the next business day. Please note that if families are eligible for multiple tuition reductions, tuition will be calculated successively. Application fees and enrollment fees are considered non-refundable. Requests for changes to signed contracts reflecting finalized arrangements disqualify reductions and are subject to administrative fees, not to exceed $100. A Late Enrollment administrative fee of $400 will be added to enrollment contracts written after August 1st, 2024.
