Are you moving to the South Shore? We offer rolling admissions to families new to our community as well as for children who become eligible (at least 2.9 years old) during the school year. We still have a few spots available in our 2023-2024 preschool program. If you would like to finish this academic year with us, please CONTACT PAULA at your earliest convenience.
Schedule Your Visit
Parents along with their children are invited to join us to meet the staff, tour our classroom and observe the children as they go about their day. We welcome all your questions and are looking forward to meeting your family. CONTACT US to schedule your visit.
Submit Your Application
Families wishing to enroll may submit their applications, along with the $150.00 application fee* on the day of their visit. Alternatively, you may submit your application:
On Our Website: Applications may be sent electronically by clicking on the red ELEMENTS MONTESSORI APPLICATION below and completing the electronic form on our website. Similarly, you may submit your $150 application fee* using the red ADD TO CART button below.
By US Mail: You may also pop your application and fee into the mail. Please write your child’s name on the check’s memo line along with “Application Fee”.

*Application fees are considered non-refundable.
2024-2025 Enrollment Timeline
We welcome families to CONTACT US to learn more about our program and SCHEDULE A TOUR.
Newly enrolling families are encouraged to submit their applications by February 1st.
Acceptance letters along with your child’s contract will be emailed to you by February 15th.
Signed contracts and $1,000 enrollment deposits** should be returned by March 1st.
Returning Families: Early Bird Specialists
Returning families may qualify for a 5% tuition reduction. To be eligible:
Families must indicate their intent to re-enroll by February 1st.
Signed contracts and $1,000 enrollment deposits** must be returned by February 15th.
Your Enrollment Contract
Upon acceptance of your application, your child’s contract will be sent to you electronically. Kindly be sure the following information is accurate on your application:
Schedule: Full days (8:40-3:00) or half days (8:40-1:10)
Number of Days: Kindergarten, 5, 4, or 3 days
Accommodations for: Before Care (7:30-8:40) and/or After Care (3:00-5:30)
Family Contact Information: Child’s full name, caregiver(s) names, address, email, and telephone
Tuition Discounts: Kindly advise if you are planning on taking advantage of any of the following tuition reduction opportunities:
Sibling Discounts: 2nd sibling’s tuition is reduced by 10%, 3rd sibling’s tuition is reduced by 15%
First Responders and Military Families: 5% tuition reduction
Please sign and return your contract along with your $1,000.00 enrollment deposit**. Deposits are applied to tuition. You may return your contract and deposit via US mail, or in-person. Requests for revisions to signed Final Contracts reflecting finalized arrangements disqualify reductions and are subject to administrative fees, not to exceed $100. A late enrollment administrative fee of $400 will be added to enrollment contracts written after August 15th.
**Enrollment deposits are considered non-refundable.
Welcome to Elements!
Upon receipt of your contract, you will receive the following electronic documents:
Parent Handbook Including: Welcome Section, Policies & Procedures including but not limited to Arrivals & Dismissals, Ground Rules, Holidays, Behavior Management, Health Care Policies etc.
September Calendar: A complete, yearly school calendar will follow.
Enrollment Documents for Elements: Kindly print Documents for Elements (single-sided please) and return hard copies no later than the 1st Friday in August. Documents include but are not limited to:
Policy and Procedure Agreement/Meet and Greet Day
Permissions & Authorizations
Child’s Enrollment Form, Developmental History, & Background Information
Physical, Lead Screening, & Immunizations (Doctor’s forms may be attached or faxed to Elements: 781.585.8224)
First Aid and Emergency Medical Care Consent Form
In accordance with guidelines put forth by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), your child’s file must be completed prior to the first day of school. Please, be sure to sign and date each page as indicated.
